ARTWORK:  My production process requires that I use vector artwork -- click here for an explanation. If you have a design already, I can usually convert it at minimal cost -- sometimes even for free.  I don't charge for artwork that I've got on file, like cutterman's pins, most cutter side profiles, and stock banners and rope borders.  Also, if you have me make your unit crest, the design will already be prepped for screenprinting (so no extra charge for setup).

I do my best to capture the detail in a design that other screenprinters might miss -- after all, your shirt isn't just a 'project', but a walking ad for CutterAgent!  And many of my new unit clients come to me because they loved another unit's shirt.  So it's really important that I make a design look as sharp as possible!

MATERIALS: Apparel is the 'canvas' for my artwork -- I've carefully tested and selected durable apparel that holds inks well. These include:

• GILDAN® 6.1oz 100% Ultra-Cotton shortsleeve and longsleeve t-shirts
• JERZEES® 8oz Cotton/Poly crewnecks, hoodies, and zippered hoodies
• FRUIT OF THE LOOM® 12oz Cotton/Poly crewnecks, hoodies, and zippered hoodies

PROCESS:  We use traditional screenprinting methods for all our unit apparel - no iron-ons or transfers. It takes a little longer (and costs a little more!) but the end result is a professional, durable print.
