CutterAgent tested more than 30 ballcap styles before finding one that offered the best durability and comfort at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, the ALCOAST bulletin of new regs wiped out our ability to give you official uniform covers. We continue, however, to produce SOUVENIR caps for our former Guardians.

THESE CAPS DO NOT MEET USCG REGULATIONS FOR COVERS. Those must be acquired through the Exchange system or directly from the UDC.

We offer the Otto Wool Blend in plastic-back, hook-and-loop-back, OttoFlex® SM and OttoFlex® LXL through our web stores, and can accomodate the following needs:

• Silver Thread & Scrambles for Auxiliary Units
• Embroidered Rank Insignia on the Front
• Red or Khaki Caps for Shipboard Training Teams

We take great care to ensure that our caps are among the very best available on the market; for instance, your unit's name is painstakingly rendered for embroidery, to ensure no unsightly gaps or spaces appear between the letters. I also special-order custom CDR/CAPT and ADM scrambles to ensure that the scramble thread exactly matches the text thread.

Our 'attention to detail' ensures that you've got a ballcap you'll be very proud to wear for years to come -- one that resists fading, can take your daily abuse, and won't cost you a fortune!

For Otto-Flex stretchable caps, the sizing runs:

SM = 6 1/2" to 7 1/4"
LXL = 7 1/8" to 7 3/4"

If you'd need something smaller than 6 1/2" or larger than 7 3/4", you would need a fitted cap, which we don't currently carry.
