I digitally print my flagbox decals on industrial-grade Avery adhesive sheets, with a protective U/V overlay. The result is a heavy-duty decal that's fade-resistant AND highly detailed.
Some manufacturers still use individually cut vinyl pieces (like a jigsaw puzzle) to make their decals...these tend to peel away over time, dramatically shortening the decal's service life. Digital printing is far superior, and normally even costs a little less!
I've had a flagbox decal on CGC DOLPHIN since late 2007...and when I visited the boat in April 2009, it still looked good as new!
These decals aren't just for flagboxes -- you can also put them on office doors, airframes, etc. But "Flagbox Decal" just sounds cool.
I can die-cut odd shapes at no extra charge -- just call or e-mail me to get a price quote on the printing of the decal itself.
Prices below are for circular decals -- odd shapes will be roughly the same price.
