Unit Patches

Wess Wessling has allowed CutterAgent to take over the manufacturing of USCG/CGAUX bulk patches (thanks Wess!). They're the same quality and detail as always; we're simplifying the process by allowing you to order your unit's patches via the web.

If Wess Wessling has already run your patches before, reorders are a snap - just enter the correct size and quantity below and check out. If your design hasn't been run...or if you don't have a design yet... contact us FIRST to get your design set up before ordering.

As you can see from the photo above, "MERROWED" patches look more finished, but can only be done with designs that are circular, oval, or rectangular. Patches with 'odd corners' have to be laser-cut without the merrow. We'll talk to you before production, so that you can see exactly what you'll be getting!

4.0" is by far the most popular patch diameter. But we can also go smaller or larger. If not 3.5" or 4.5", just e-mail or call in for a custom quote.

Also, note that we'll be providing Wess with 50 of every patch we make for the USCG/CGAUX for him to sell in his store (part of our deal for taking over the production!
